Wesley offers a variety of programs across Hamilton, often in high priority neighbourhoods. Our portfolio includes many community-facing and free-to-access opportunities for local children, youth, and families. For the full list of programs, visit our website at wesley.ca/services.

In the Riverdale Neighbourhood, Wesley operates an Early Child & Family Centre, a Wesley Child Care Centre, a Before & After School Program and March/Summer Break Programs from the Dominic Agostino Riverdale Community Centre, and the Lake Avenue Elementary School.

Services:

• The EarlyON Child and Family Centre aims to improve the health, development, and well-being of children up to age 6 and their families. Children and parents/caregivers can play and interact with others while they explore, discover, and learn together. Registered Early Childhood Educators and other community professionals provide programs, support, information and referrals.
• The Wesley Child Care Centre offers separate spaces for 10 infants, 15 toddlers and 24 preschool age children, with brand new toys and equipment. Healthy meals and snacks are provided daily (with attention to dietary considerations). Staff support each child's sense of belonging, well-being, engagement, and self-expression. It is fully licensed, and subsidy is available.
• The Before & After School Program is for children 3 years and 8 months up to the age of 12. Children are supervised and engaged in purposeful play-based learning. Physical activity and pro-social skills are supported.
• March Break and Summer Camp Programs offer opportunities for children to learn, play and grow together during school holidays. These programs offer recreational activities, crafts, field trips and more, in a caring and fun environment.
